Florida Residence

This custom-designed manual lift S-3000 Foldaway vertical lift door was installed in a beautiful home in Delray Beach, FL. It opens to the patio and pool area creating a large entertaining area when up and adding natural light and flow to the space. The Low-E insulated glass helps keep the sun's rays from heating the interior space when down, and full perimeter weather seals keep the area comfortable year-round. The shorter height of the door is no problem with the S-3000 which, unlike typical two-panel bifold doors, lifts upward and stacks flat to allow for maximum usable space under the opening when in use.

Most hydraulic doors or industrial cable and strap doors create a wedge when the two panels open, and would require several more feet of height to be usable.
